1. At least 1 day before the webinar be sure to take the Browser Test. Be sure to take both parts of the test to ensure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash and that the necessary ports are open so that you will be able to hear the webinar.
A. If you don’t hear the audio, please download and print this Trouble Shooting Guide to share with your IT department so they can make the necessary internet security changes to allow you to attend.
2. You can start to log into the webinar at 7:15 p.m. (ET) on Monday, August 24.
A. Access the webinar here. Enter your full name, email address and how many people including you are viewing the webinar in the room with you, then click “Enter Meeting.”

C. For iPad Users: You do need to view the webinar on a Flash-enabled Web browser. Safari for Mac can support Flash.
