Please see the below announcement from CMS about an upcoming webinar on February 18 from 1-2 p.m. ET on PECOS:
We want to make sure all clinicians are aware that soon they will need to be enrolled in the Medicare program. Prescriptions written for Medicare beneficiaries must be covered by part D. Please share the information about the enrollment webinar as you think appropriate and anything else that you can do to help us disseminate this information would be very helpful. In addition if you have any ideas about approaches we may not have thought of would be appreciated. Enrollment can occur online through PECOS (go.cms.gov/pecos) or by sending the paper 855O form (go.cms.gov/cms855o) to your local MAC (go.cms.gov/partdmaclist).
