2017 MIPS Reporting for 90 Consecutive Days: You Must Start by October 2

Practices electing the partial year reporting option for MIPS must report on six measures, including one outcome measure, for 90 consecutive days to earn a neutral or small positive payment adjustment.

The final 90-day period to start collecting data is October 2.
