Final No Surprises Act Rule Issued: ASA to Carefully Review

Today, the Department of Labor, in conjunction with the Departments of Health and Human Services and Treasury, released a final rule implementing the federal surprise medical bill law, the No Surprises Act.  The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is carefully reviewing the final rule and will provide information in the coming days regarding the rule’s contents.
