Education Track: Cardiac Anesthesia Credits: 23.75

This course is designed for trained and in-training echocardiographers and interventionalists focusing on structural heart disease. In this interactive course the participants will experience comprehensive education of the structural heart imaging. This will include the workflow in the structural heart procedures, review of the interventional equipment and skills required for structural heart interventions, detailed guidance for a wide range of SHD interventions, echocardiographic fluoroscopic and fusion imaging. The course will include basics of ultrasound physics to better understand 2D and 3D echocardiography that is implemented for these procedures.
