Education Track: Professional Issues Credits: Maximum of 41 hours of CME

As professionals, each of us is continually learning, and, as leaders, we find ourselves helping others to learn and grow on a daily basis. This can be a challenge since everyone learns best in ways as individual as they are. How can we create environments in which each learner feels comfortable enough to be open and receptive to new and different ideas? In this course, you will discover frameworks for diagnosing gaps that may impede students, residents, and practicing clinicians in their quest to learn. You will discover how to create plans to bridge those gaps, and, together, we will begin to identify how our own triggers may interfere with our efforts, analyzing our own performance.
