Kraig S. de Lanzac, MD, FASA is the Assistant Secretary of the ASA and former ASA Director from Louisiana. He is the past-Chair of the ASA Committee on Communications and the Committee on the Anesthesia Care Team. Dr. de Lanzac is Director of Clinical Anesthesia at Tulane Lakeside Hospital and a member of the faculty at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is the founding partner and former member of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medical Consultants. He received his medical degree and completed his residency in anesthesiology at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans.
Adam Striker, MD, is currently Chair of the ASA Committee on Communications and serves as a delegate to the ASA House of Delegates from the state of Missouri. He is the series editor for ASA’s Central Line podcast series. He is a member of Anesthesia Associates of Kansas City and practices at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, where he currently serves as Anesthesiologist-in-Chief. He received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Purdue University and his medical degree from Indiana University. He completed his pediatric anesthesiology fellowship at Northwestern University.
